We like weird words and names:
slartibartfast-I remember Uncle John always used to introduce himself to strangers as John Slartibartfast. Until one day that he was at a wedding and a gentleman exclaimed "That's my last name too! We must be related!" He began asking so many questions about John's progenitors that John had to confess and has never again introduced himself this way. Incidentally, Melanie thought our last name was "Diamond" until she was about 12, despite going through years of elementary classes with Tye in the SAME classes.

E. Pissmore Fishbind-My mom or dad saw this in the phonebook and wondered how bad the first name must be to go by "Pissmore".
Phagocytic cell-A satisfying insult.
Spina Bifida-Not funny after all.
Well and then we have our nicknames- Auld Lang Syne, Tsendle, Twitatronco-ann, Shoelaboofy, and Pikide-sine. (Tye also called Nikki "Brain" for years. Nickname of unknown origin.)
Hogurt-My mom's brothers call each and every member of the family this. But only if they like you.(Ha Nikki. They only like me!)
Pistard and Muckles-The most famous of word mix-ups in the family perpetrated by Gramma Walker. She giggled hysterically about this.
Fiend and Idiot-Terms of endearment.
Antnerd-charachter in a game with your shirt pulled over your knees as you crouch-crawled around the room.
